For the 10th year of Grace Cathedral’s Carnivale Gala we wanted to celebrate the magic and spirit of a New Orleans Carvinale. Inspiration from French Quarter inspired Heather in her design of the event trying to recreate an upscale dinner party that highlighted both the Cathedral and the charm of the French Quarter. This gala was planned, designed and produced by Heather Rice for Glow Events.
